One of the coolest things about the publishing experience so far has been seeing what the marketing team at Dial/Penguin comes up with for Circus Mirandus. Those people are the real magicians. I mean, just look at this publicity poster they sent me in the mail!
It looks like a movie poster doesn’t it? Shoot, it looks better than a movie poster! I love the tagline they came up with: You Have to Believe It to See It. Yes! It is so perfect for Circus Mirandus. It fits with the magic of the place and with the themes of the book.
I’m having it framed, okay? That is the extent of my love for it.
When I set out on this crazy publishing journey, I had no idea that there would be posters. I had no idea I would meet so many wonderful people. I had no clue how much work goes into putting a book out into the world for readers. I am constantly in awe of the whole team at Dial. Thanks to them:
